On April 18, i.e. tomorrow, the International Day for the Protection of Monuments is celebrated all over the world. On this holiday in Greece, you will be able to enjoy free entry to many monuments, excavations and public museums. Both residents and tourists will be able to enter for free, among others, the Acropolis and the Agora of Athens, the excavations in Mycenae, ancient Olympia in the Peloponnese and many others. In the case of Crete, it will be an opportunity to free entry to the Archaeological Museum in Heraklion, the new Archaeological Museum in Chania or the Minoan palaces in Knossos, Malia and the former capital of Crete - Gortyna.

 Wij hebben helemaal geen probleem met Kreta en helemaal niet met de wegbewijzering daar. Trouwens tegenwoordig heb je ook navigatie zo niet dan rij je gewoon op gevoel je komt altijd wel op een mooi plekje uit en je komt vanzelf wel op een weg met wegbewijzering tegen. Maar wat kan het je schelen je hebt vakantie
