Today we have important news for those who plan to go ravines tomorrow or go hiking in the region of Chania Prefecture. Unfortunately, it will be necessary to change such plans.

Due to the expected deterioration of the weather and the forecast occurrence of violent storms and heavy rainfall for today and tomorrow (August 23-24), entry to all gorges located in this area of Crete was prohibited. In addition, this prohibition also applies to all mountain trails and paths.
