It cannot be denied that in the high season, Chania is an extremely bustling and vibrant city. It is no different in the case of the representative city beach of Nea Chora. The renovated waterfront attracts not only a large group of tourists every day, but also local residents. If during your stay in Chania you dream of a day of blissful laziness, nothing prevents you from implementing this plan in Nea Chora. In the area of the beach, you will not only be able to use sun loungers, but you will also find a wide selection of various types of taverns and bars. Remember, however, that as we wrote at the beginning, this place is always crowded and noisy. So if you are looking for the so-called holy peace, you will certainly not find it on the beach in Nea Chora.

Today we would like to invite you to a short virtual walk around this place. We started our stroll in the area of the Chania Sailing Club swimming pool, admiring the waves crashing on the shore. Going further west, past the local marina, we walked along the entire Nea Chora wharf.
