Today, as part of somewhat sentimental evening thoughts about Crete, we would like to share with you a film from Rethymno prepared by Alex, one of youtube users. In this short clip you can see how the city is teeming with everyday life outside the tourist season. This lazy "buzz" is made up of single people with children spending their free time on the beach, residents walking along the port and the local promenade. Shots so different from what you can observe there in the peak of the holiday season. Time will show whether this year's holidays will even partially return to the old state.

It is certain, however, that soon tourists will return to the still empty beaches of Crete. It is obvious to everyone that the coming season will be far from normal after all. Nevertheless, the local authorities and owners of hotels and guesthouses hope that, compared to last year, the island will be visited by a much greater number of foreign guests.

Rethymno to przede wszystkim miasto, więc tym bardziej trzeba docenić że ma swoją całkiem dużą plażę. Dzikie miejsca Krety to zupełnie inny kierunek.
