Trafoulas Gorge in the Asterousia Mountains

Today, together with Giannis Psaroudakis, we would like to take you on a virtual hike through the Trafoulas Gorge ( Τράφουλα ) located in the south of Crete in the Asterousia Mountains region. The first part of the ravine leads through narrow corridors, above which tower vertical rock walls. I must admit that these places are impressive. The second, much more extensive part of the gorge ends at a secluded pebble beach. If you would like to add these places to your holiday plans, it is worth it due to the cumbersome access through the Asterousia mountains. think about booking accommodation in the nearby village of Lentas.
