Run Greece - Heraklion 2019

Already this Sunday, April 7, in Heraklion, this year's edition of the run carried out as part of the Run Greece event series will take place. The organizers predict that several thousand will join the rivalry of 5 and 10 kilometers. people. The start of the race for a longer distance is anticipated at 10 o'clock. Visitors to this day of Heraklion must take into account that in the case of some streets, traffic restrictions will apply. In particular, these restrictions will affect the western part of the city. In most cases, the traffic ban will apply from 7 to 15 hours.

Below you will find a map with the course of this year's running route. It is identical to previous editions. The route runs along the coastal alleys of Eleftherios Venizelos and Sophocles Venizelos on the section from the Pankritio stadium to the roundabout located in the vicinity of the Historical Museum.
