If one of the goals that you set for next year is running a marathon and you would like to combine this challenge with a trip to Crete, we have good news for you. The date when the fourth edition of the marathon in Chania will be organized. This race will take place on April 21, 2019.

It is also worth noting that registration is now possible. The appropriate form to sign up for the run is available on the following page:

If the marathon distance still exceeds your ability, there is nothing to prevent you from signing up for one of the shorter runs. As part of the available rivalry, you can also take part in competitions along the route from 10 km, 5 km and 2.5 km. Each race will be played on a route certified by the Greek Athletics Association. The start and finish for each competition will be on C. Hatzimichalis Street at Hala Targowa.

The cost of participation varies depending on the chosen distance. In the case of a marathon it is 25 €, participants of the 10 km competition pay a fee of 18 €, in case of a 5 km run it is 15 €. The cheapest package, however, is a 2.5 km run package, the cost of which is only 10 €.

What annoys tourists in Crete?

gość lechgal Uwielbiam kreteńskie drogi za to, że są kręte, wąskie i czasem można się trochę pogubić. To właśnie sprawia, że krótki urlop staje się przygodą, którą długo, mile się wspomina i tęskni za powrotem. Jak ktoś potrzebuje idealnych dróg, niech jedzie na wypoczynek do Niemiec.
