On Wednesday in Athens, the new campaign "Oh My Greece!" promoting holidays in Greece. At the moment, the first clip promoting this initiative is available on the Internet. Admittedly, the video entitled "Unlock the Feelings" is a perfect production that is not inferior to other campaigns promoting Greece, such as the excellent series of clips "Crete: The Island Inside You".
The launched advertising campaign is part of a new venture created on the initiative of enterprises operating within the Greek tourism sector. In the activities of the Greek Confederation of Tourism (SETE) and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, a decision was made to create a new Marketing Greece company. The company is responsible for building a positive image of Greece among tourists and show the country's greatest assets. The new campaign is to show that the greatest assets of Greece are not only perfect beaches and sunny weather, but also unique nature, rich culture and history, tasty regional cuisine or a friendly lifestyle.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that although this campaign is a fully private initiative, it has been supported by the Hellenic National Tourist Organization (GNTO). Thanks to this, all advertising materials created by Marketing Greece will be able to bear the official logotype of Greece, which is already a distinctive brand. In addition, the "Oh My Greece" campaign will be used as part of the official activities of the GNTO offices at all kinds of international fairs and exhibitions. The first place outside of Greece, where this clip will be officially used, will be the ITB fair in Berlin.
Elena Kountoura, the Greek minister of tourism, who was at the inaugural show thanked for the current activity of Marketing Greece and stressed that this is a perfect example of public-private partnership.
