Today we are releasing the next part of our Tour Locally series. This time, we look at the monasteries and churches located in the Rethymno Prefecture, within which there are some of the most famous and most important. It is worth taking them into account when wandering around the island. Of course, there are many less known chapels and churches, but it is worth visiting them when you notice something interesting. You just have to look around because small chapels and churches can be found in very surprising places. Of course, as always, we encourage you to look for your discoveries, because our list does not exhaust the subject of sacred objects, which in Crete is almost endless
