Elafonissi Beach is one of the most famous and crowded beaches of Crete. It is regularly ranked high in tourist rankings as one of the best beaches in the world and Europe. This film is a record of a full-day trip on the Paleochora-Elafonissi-Krios route.

We reached Elafonissi on a small boat called Nen Kritis from Paleochora. Such cruises are organized here regularly during the tourist season and it is a very convenient and quick way to get to this beach. On the way back, however, we chose the option of walking back along the E4 route, which runs near Elafonissi. E4 continues, among others, through the beautiful Kedrodasos beach and Vienna to the Krios beach.
